CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT POLICY
We endeavour to run a dental practice you can count on for your high standard of care. Short-notice cancellations, failing to attend without notice or arriving late disrupts the flow of your clinical team.
We have a high demand for our clinical appointments and our team spends time preparing for your appointment so it can be an excellent experience. We have a clear policy in place, as below;
Booking deposit
For appointments that are booking for longer than 1hr we require a $100 or 20% holding deposit. This is because we will be ordering materials and allocating staff resources to your appointment. This will be redeemable to your next appointment and follow rescheduling policies as below.
Cancellation policy, Unable to attend (UTA)
We understand life happens… please give us as much notification as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. To allow your appointment to be reallocated we need at least 1 working days’ notice.
If you are providing less than 1 working day notice we will ask that you provide a $100 holding deposit, this will be allocated and redeemable to your next appointment. If you cancel again with less than one working days’ notice the holding deposit will be invoiced and not redeemable or refundable.
Late attendance
If you are running late, please call ahead and advise us - we will do our best to accommodate you.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late can be seen as a failure to attend without notification and your appointment may not be able to be undertaken. This will be at clinicians discretion on the day.
Failure to attend (FTA) – without notice
If you fail to attend you will be required pay a $100 holding deposit, this will be allocated and redeemable to your next appointment.
If this occurs for a second time the holding deposit will be invoiced and not redeemable or refundable.
If you fail to attend for a third time you will not be able to book another appointment, we are happy to refer you to another service provider.
